Presently he is also having assignment to conduct training in the gulf with the Ministry of Manpower, Muscat, Bahwan Group and Khimji Group

He has also been a corporate a faculty with MMA (Madras Management Association)
He has over 25 years of experience in sales management and sales training and consulting. He has worked for companies like Nestle India Ltd., Hawkins Cookers Ltd., RPG Group, SP Jain Group, NIS Sparta Ltd.
Sivasubramaniam, has completed over 2000 training days for diverse industries and has trained executives from companies like Tatafone, NFCL, Ashok Leyland, Kiwi TTK, UB Group, Nestle, Eveready India Ltd., RCI, CG, Philips, Fenner India ,Sara Lee, L&T, Siemens, ARBL etc.
He has vast experience in Channel Management, Direct Selling, Supply Chain management and Merchandising programmes. He has completed over 120 training days for Nagarjuna Fertilisers and has travelled extensively in the country for customization studies for several organisations.
